Project Status

These files keep the project understandable without turning status tracking into ceremony.

• Current Status — open before every build session. One screen: current milestone, current lesson, next action, and meaningful blockers.
• Open Decisions — questions intentionally not settled yet.
• Risk Register — known engineering/product risks and how we plan to reduce them.
• Learning Log — short observations from building/using Forge that may change later design.
• Development Changelog — architecture/build-plan changes before the project has a public release changelog.

Do not create status documents for every thought. If a note does not change a decision, risk, lesson, or next action, it probably belongs in normal Git history or a Task.
