ADR-0008: Persist raw provider input before parsing

Context

Provider protocols evolve and parser bugs happen. Without raw evidence, lost interpretation cannot be repaired.

Decision

Every raw provider frame is durably appended before adapter normalization and produces a RawRef.

Consequences

Normalized events always reference raw evidence. Raw format is versioned and tolerant of a partial final line.

Change rule

If implementation evidence proves this wrong, update the canonical architecture/product document first and then supersede/amend this ADR. The ADR is not allowed to keep current docs stale.
