Context

“edited scheduler.go” and “found reusable retry infrastructure” have different epistemic status.

Decision

Observed facts and agent-authored claims carry an explicit discriminator in the data model.

Consequences

UI may render both together but must preserve the distinction through storage/export/review.

Change rule

If implementation evidence proves this wrong, update the canonical architecture/product document first and then supersede/amend this ADR. The ADR is not allowed to keep current docs stale.
